I would give 0 stars. They took my phone forcefully for "evidence". Ever since thy have not returned my phone back to me, I checked "find my iPhone app" and it was dead, which meant that there was no need taking my phone if they aren't even gonna use it. It's been 4 years now and they never gave it back.
