Wal-Mart is a great store but Don Quijote is amazing also!!!
Last week, I came down with a virus. I saw a doctor Friday morning. He took one look at my throat and prescribed pain relief. I am new to Honolulu and do not have a car. I felt awful but knew I needed a few groceries as well as the medicine before going home. I hailed a taxi and came to Walmart. I met Caleb Browning in the pharmacy. He was professional, yet personal. Seeing that I was not well, he was kind and compassionate. Unfortunately, the pharmacy did not have the medicine in stock and could not be gotten until after the weekend. Again, seeing seeing my discomfort, Caleb went above and beyond the ordinary to deliver extraordinary customer service. He called other area pharmacies until he found the prescription I needed. I was able to get that prescription filled within the next few hours and get home to get the relief and rest I so needed. Caleb was my angel in a time of distress. I have shopped at your store numerous times in the last month and every employee I meet has been personable, professional, and efficient. Thanks to Caleb and all of you at Walmart!
