After doing extensive research I knew that Davis Levin Livingston was the firm for me due to the success they have had in cases like mine. What surprised me was their personal touch. In the 3 years it took to resolve our case, I became good friends with Matt Winter, one of the many amazing lawyers and staff members who worked on my case. Living on Maui and having my entire case on Oahu had me concerned of how my case would progress. Matt and the firm kept in touch and I was regularly informed of the status of my case. Due to financial restraints I was unable to afford plane flights back and forth. Matt limited the times I would need to appear and the firm covered my airfare when it was necessary.
