Tam did an amazing job finding the perfect anniversary band for me. I had some pretty unique and specific details I was looking for in the ring and a few other ring shops couldn't even come close. Tam is awesome! Great personality, easy to work with, and he’s aware of who his customers are - it’s been about 6 months since he’s seen my husband and he remembered to ask how he’s doing since my husband has been away for work since June. He takes great care of my ring when I come in for my 6 month inspections and cleaning. He also updates us personally via phone calls to let us know of upcoming events/sales we may be interested in.
She patiently re-sized my husbands rings twice and was very attentive to my senior citizen mother.
