They were very clear on how much coverage I should get and how much it was going to cost and they broke it down for easy down payment easy monthly payment and I have better protection coverage than I did before with my previous insurance.
What a joke! They quoted me at $3,000+ for a 2015 Kia Soul. $300+/month.
This agency will only take care of you if you are Filipino. I don't recommend this agency to anyone. This front desk clerk is so stupid, she had no idea what she's doing there. Took me hours to file a claim with her. Very bad customer service. Been with them over 6yrs now, and i am HIGHLY DISSATISFIED and DISAPPOINTED with this girl's customer service. You just lost one of your customers who has been with this agency for so long. Go some place else rather than this agency. I hope the agent read and see my comment, so he knows what his clerks been doing.
