Probably have what you need, but very self serving store policies. Not at all customer conscious. Overpriced already, so try to sweeten up on customer relations.
ZERO STARS----I USED TO BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE BEFORE, BUT ON 10/19/16 A LARGE FAT LADY WOULD NOT HELP ME EVEN THOUGH I HAD PRE-ORDERED MY HARDWARE BEFORE ARRIVING THERE. UPON ARRIVAL THE ITEMS WERE WRONG, --SHE WOULD NOT CORRECT IT BECAUSE I GUESS SHE WOULD HAVE TO WALK TO THE BACK AGAIN--ALL MY HARDWARE QUANTITIES WAS NOT THERE/WRONG--SHE THEN SNAPED THAT'S ALL WE GET!!!-- AND ON TOP OF THAT THE PRICE WAS ALMOST 5 X THE PRICE I WAS QUOTED OVER THE PHONE. WHEN I ASKED HER ABOUT THESE ISUSES, HER ATTITUDE JUST STUNK!!!! THERE IS NO SERVICE HERE ANYMORE!!! THEY HAD MY PHONE # AND COULDN'T EVEN CALL ME?? LADY SNAPPED --WE BUSY-- THERE WAS ONLY ONE OTHER PERSON THERE......NEVER COMMING HERE AGAIN!!!!!...GO TO INDUSTRIAL HARDWARE WHERE I FOUND EVERYTHING AT A BETTER PRICE WITH FRIENDLY SERVICE

Worst customer service. I was literally pointing at what I needed and this oversized lady was really rude, had an attitude, and was so lazy she wouldn't even walk over to what I was pointing to. Literally brought my change and receipt and just started talking to the next customer. Also, apparently this one guy isn't allowed to talk to humans at the counter. She was openly demeaning and rude to him in front of customers. It was pretty uncomfortable. This lady needs to be fired. Won't come here again. Obviously just a "locals only" place. Pretty sad because it looks like they could use the business with the sorry shape of it.
