Ballard is a wonderful place to settle your families burial or cremation options. My agent Hilama was kind patient and helpful in so many ways. He made it easy for me and comfortable. I was not rushed and was guided very carefully in my decision. I highly recommend this company.
Terry Young was an extraordinary assistant to myself, my brother and my sister-in-law when we needed it. She went beyond her duties and kept in contact with me and my family members in regards our decision on the programs and set up for the service. Words cannot express how grateful and blessed we were to have Terry Young to help my family and I. And including everyone else that help out to make it possible. We (as a family) would definitely use Terry Young in the future again and again. Great personality and great sense of humor. And it made it more comfortable to work with her. Great Job Terry Young!!
