$10 service fee on flat rate usps boxes should be illegal. Walk to the postal office and do it yourself
everything about this UPS store is TERRIFIC! the location is right in the middle of Waikiki in the center of Kalakaua avenue and it is in a well known major hotel - the OUTRIGGER on the street level right before you reach the well known DUKE'S restaurant so it is extremely easy to find. but the biggest plus is the store owner/manager Melanie. she is absolutely FIVE STAR on friendliness, helpfulness, competence, knowledge and all other aspects of customer care. best of all her personality is extremely agreeable and likable. in short this is five star for sure!

I had to ship a vacuum back to mainland on the company's corporate account. The insanely rude lady behind working here informed she doesn't "do" corporate accounts. This is the 2nd time I went to this location, and both times I was treated very poorly. Also her prices for copying and printing are ridiculous. Tourist trap UPS store, that's all it is.
Very convenient location. I use UPS stores across the nation for my business. I don’t appreciate fees that should be a part of customer service. I understand fees for boxes, packing etc but at this store I was asked if I brought my own tape. I have never been charged for a piece of tape to secure the top of the box. I have been to over 100 UPS stores nationwide. When a $2 fee was more important than repeat business, a business is not destined for success. What ever happened to customer service?
