I have been eating at Ray's Cafe for about 10 years everything is Ono especially the prime rib. If you like fancy, then Ray's is not the place for you however I would put their menu and quality against the best in Honolulu Waikiki included. For taste and price; impossible to beat.
Rays has fantastic food at the best prices I've seen on the island! If you want some crispy fried chicken or a great steak for cheap, stop by here! Super friendly service. Small, hole in the wall with not a lot of street parking nearby, but so worth it.
The perfect hole in the wall. Home of ham hocks and black eye peas. A whole rack of lamb for $24. Tasty pork chops and fried chicken.
